While we are sensitive to last-minute schedule changes, we require 48-hours’ notice for all cancellations. If you cancel within 24 hours of your cleaning, you will be charged a cancellation fee of $40 or Recurring customers are given the option of rescheduling outside of 24 hours with no fee. Because we process all payments the day before the appointments, we charge the full amount of the appointment if you cancel with less than 24-hours’ notice. If our Teammates arrive and you are not home for your appointment, or you cancel within 2 hours of your scheduled appointment, you will be charged the full cost of your service.
Please understand that this policy is in place because last minute cancellations cause our Teams to lose valuable work time.
